Sarah comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the social services field.  Her office provides a confidential and supportive environment to assist people in personal growth, management of life’s stressors, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening.  Her office is equipped to conduct play therapy with children in addition to counseling individuals, couples, and families.

Children & youth, play therapy, social success skills, traumatic events, and adjustment issues. Couples, increasing intimacy, enhancing communication, dealing with past hurts, awareness of how the past influences the now. Women’s issues, life changes, anxiety, transitional support.  Families, parenting, discipline, communication, awareness of family dynamics.
