Jude Gunn is an experienced therapist who has been in private practice for over 25 years. Her focus is your goals and planning how to accomplish what is important to you. She considers the mind, body, and soul as part of the whole person in treatment. She is a Christian in her personal beliefs and respects the cultural and religious diversity of all.
Her approach to treatment is based in psychoanalytic thought and she uses cognitive, strategic, and solution-based interventions.
Ms. Gunn works out of the Ft. Lauderdale office.
Services
Jude works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has worked in the school system with ages ranging from pre-school through high school. She is very familiar with learning struggles, AD/HD, and planning interventions with schools and families.
She works with a lot of individuals who feel depressed, anxious, angry, and stressed about life circumstances. She begins with an assessment in order to understand the issues and will plan the course of treatment together with you.
Marriage counseling is offered to couples facing relationship issues and also life transitions.
